I called to get a quote for a cracked window and to see if Absolute could repair or replace my slider screen door. They arrived on time and measured for the new glass pane. They also took time to look at my screen door and made some good … More suggestions as to whether I should replace or repair the existing door. I decided to repair the old. They took the screen door frame in to replace the screen. In about a week, my cracked window was fixed and my slider screen door looked like new. They went above and beyond by actually painting the white frame, something I had mentioned I was going to have to do. They installed the door and it looks terrific! I was told by a salesman who had knocked on my door that my relatively-old windows were no longer sealed and needed to be replaced. Upon my telling him that we could not afford that, he said I should at least have the window cappings resealed. … More I found Absolute Glass LLC online, contacted them, and made an appointment. Owner Brandon Sowders arrived exactly on time and, after examining my windows, concluded that, in fact, my windows did not need re-sealing. I was impressed and, of course, very pleased with Brandon’s honesty. I offered to pay him for his time but he declined.
